Our Services
Three services, one
consistent standard.
Each service is conducted with the same careful approach — structured, documented, and delivered without pressure. Select the one that fits your situation.
← Back to HomeOur Methodology
How every service is conducted.
Each of our three services follows the same foundational approach: arrive prepared, work tidily, document everything, discuss findings clearly, and leave with the client holding a written record of what was done.
Before any work begins, placement or scope is confirmed with you. Surface protection is laid. The work proceeds with calibrated instruments where testing is required. All observations are noted. The written summary is produced before the technician departs.
We do not begin any additional work — beyond what was agreed at the start — without discussing it with you first. If something unexpected is found that changes the scope, we pause, describe what we've found, and let you decide how to proceed.

Shared Standards
Technical standards across
all services.
Malaysian Electrical Regulations
All work follows Malaysian Electricity Regulations 1994 and Suruhanjaya Tenaga technical standards. Compliance is not optional — it is the baseline for every service.
Safe Isolation Practice
Safe isolation procedures are followed before any live work is approached. Tools are insulated and tested. This is not a shortcut area — it is first principles.
Client Data Handling
Property addresses and client contact information are held with care and used only for scheduling and documentation. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Calibrated Instruments
Testing instruments are calibrated and certified. Results recorded in written reports reflect actual instrument readings, not visual estimations.
Compliant Materials
Components installed are sourced from suppliers meeting Malaysian standards. Where client-supplied fittings are used, compatibility is confirmed before installation proceeds.
ST Registration
All personnel performing electrical work hold current Suruhanjaya Tenaga registration. Registration details are available on request and verifiable through the ST online registry.
