The technician examines your main distribution panel, tests all accessible outlets and switches, reviews lighting circuits, and walks through the property with you to discuss anything you've noticed. A written summary organized by room or area follows. It is designed to give you a complete picture of your home's electrical state — not to create further work unless something genuinely needs attention.
Can I supply my own light fittings or accessories?
Yes, client-supplied fittings are very welcome for the Considered Fitting Installation service. We are comfortable working with pieces from contemporary minimalist ranges to traditional character fittings. Please let us know the make and model ahead of the visit if possible so we can ensure the right accessories are brought along.
How long does a Main Panel service typically take?
Most Main Panel Article services run between three and four hours. This depends on the size of your panel and whether any corrective work is needed alongside the documentation. We will give you a clearer time estimate once the scope is discussed. You will receive a written summary and updated labels at completion.
Are prices inclusive of materials?
The prices listed cover the service work and standard consumables such as connectors and labels. Fittings, accessories, or replacement devices are priced separately and discussed with you before any purchase is made. There are no surprises on the invoice.
Is the work compliant with Malaysian electrical regulations?
All work is carried out in accordance with Malaysian Electricity Regulations and the standards set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST). Our technician is registered and works with traceability as standard. The written report provided at completion can serve as a reference record for compliance purposes.
How do I prepare for a visit?
No special preparation is required. It is helpful to note any circuits or switches you've found unusual — flickering lights, slow-tripping breakers, outlets that feel warm. Access to the main panel area is needed, and clear space around any fixtures to be installed helps things proceed tidily.
