Cinder Wenthor began as a deliberate response to a particular kind of frustration — homeowners receiving electrical work that was done quickly but not clearly, leaving them with no record and little understanding of what had been found or fixed.
The practice was established in George Town, Penang, with a commitment to conducting every visit the way a careful editor approaches a manuscript: thoroughly, with attention to what is actually there, and with a written record at the end that belongs to the client.
Our technician brings ST-registered credentials and a background working across George Town's varied residential stock — from older heritage properties with layered electrical histories to newer developments requiring contemporary fitout. Each property type carries its own electrical character, and we find that understanding genuinely interesting.

ST-registered electrician with fourteen years working across Penang's residential sector. Cinder established the practice around the idea that electrical work should always leave a homeowner better informed.
Rashida Hassan
Electrical Technician
Rashida joined the practice with a background in commercial electrical fitout and brings a methodical approach to fitting installation and panel documentation work across residential properties.

Lim handles scheduling, written reports, and post-visit follow-up. He ensures that every client receives their documentation promptly and that any questions after a visit are answered without delay.

Standards and protocols
ST Registration
All electrical work is performed by Suruhanjaya Tenaga–registered personnel. Registration details are available on request and are included in your written summary where relevant.
Written Documentation
Every service concludes with a written summary organized by area. The document is provided to you at the end of the visit and serves as a reference record for insurance, letting, or future maintenance purposes.
Regulatory Compliance
All work follows Malaysian Electricity Regulations 1994 and applicable ST standards. Compliance is a baseline for every job, not a premium add-on.
